  • vegetables – potatoes, carrots, onions,
  • green peas (canned) – about 50 grams,
  • quail egg – 1 piece,
  • dill, salt.

To prepare the broth, take a pan and pour water into it. To make the meat tasty and juicy, place it (chopped) in boiling water; to make the broth rich, place it in cold water. For cooking, you can use a double boiler or - also a good option. perhaps they will be useful to you too.

According to tradition, when cooking for a child, be sure to remove the foam after boiling. This way our broth will turn out crystal clear and transparent. If the meat is steamed separately, at this time you can also cook the vegetables separately, and then combine everything. So, throw finely chopped potatoes, grated carrots and finely chopped onions into boiling water. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the peas and at the end the greens.

Decorate the soup in a plate with an egg cut into halves, and place pieces of meat around it. All children will definitely like this soup, because its main advantage is the delicious broth, seasoned to a minimum. By the way, did you remember to add salt?

9th place “Cocoa” drink for kindergarten (recipe)

Girl drinks cocoa

What's so amazing about this hot drink? First of all, the aroma will definitely whet your baby’s appetite. The milk product contains a lot of calcium, so it is very useful for the growing body. We will beat this situation and prepare a delicious chocolate drink for your whim, like in kindergarten, which also lifts the mood and tone the body , do not forget - be sure to remove the foam!!!

We will need the following ingredients:

  • a glass of cow's milk,

  • sugar – 2 -3 tsp.

To make this recipe for making kindergarten, take a dry bowl and mix cocoa and sugar there, carefully crushing the lumps. Add a couple of spoons of heated, but not boiled milk, stir. Without bringing it to a boil, skim the milk and pour the hot liquid into the mixture. Bring to a boil and turn off immediately. Offer this delicious drink called “Nectar of the Gods” to your baby, add cinnamon if desired and insert the straw into a tall glass, decorate the top of the glass with sugar to further involve the child in the ceremony, bon appetit!

8th place – Lush omelette

A similar recipe for a kindergarten omelet can be found on any culinary site, but you will definitely like this one. Because many kids like this omelet. And the recipe for a fluffy omelet like in kindergarten is taken as the basis for writing this material. And here’s what they advise you to do when preparing a lush omelette like in kindergarten:

  • Keep the proportions of eggs and milk – 1:3 parts.
  • Use the right container to bake the omelette - cast iron or glass, and if you're cooking on gas rather than in the oven, use a frying pan with high sides and a tight-fitting lid.
  • Cook at a minimum temperature and under no circumstances keep an eye on the omelette in the oven, otherwise its mass will collapse prematurely.
  • After cooking, the omelette should stand in the oven or frying pan for about 5 minutes, after which it will fall by 1-1.5 cm - this is normal.

So, let's move directly to the recipe for a kindergarten omelet. There are few ingredients here: 6 eggs, 1.5 glasses of milk, about a tablespoon of butter and salt to taste. To prepare, beat the yolks and whites separately, add milk to the first. And continue to beat the second ones until fluffy foam. Then combine the ingredients, season and pour into a hot, greased pan. If you bake an omelette in the oven, the cooking time should be about 30 minutes, if in a frying pan - a little less. But the height of the omelet may then be lower, and if you have always cooked in a frying pan, be sure to please your child with an omelet recipe like in kindergarten in the oven.

Remember that for variety you can always change the recipe and add, for example, greens, peas, broccoli or ham to the omelette. And the simplest and healthiest thing is to cook an omelette with hard cheese, then the dish acquires a special taste.

Pancakes or pancakes can be baked using modern technology, which we introduced quite recently.

Pancakes with condensed milk like in kindergarten, the recipe for which we found for you, were prepared in those days according to GOST, but now to prepare fluffy pancakes it is enough to use dry yeast, this does not change the taste of sweet pancakes.

We will need:

  • granulated sugar – 1 heaped spoon (tablespoon),
  • flour - about 2 cups (consistency of sour cream),

It is strictly forbidden to fry cabbage in children's dishes, because stewed cabbage, as in kindergarten, according to the recipe, should be as healthy as possible for the growing body. This means that we will now prepare tasty and healthy food for the baby, and to get an interesting sourness, we will add half an apple to the dish when stewing.

So, our ingredients per serving (or two, depending on your tastes):

Next, pour everything into a saucepan and pour in water, let it simmer a little and reduce in size. Mix the fried onion with the pasta and pour into the pan with the cabbage, lightly salt and sprinkle with sugar. Grate the apple on a coarse grater and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

2nd place – Lazy dumplings

Lazy dumplings

Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese (kindergarten recipe)

It’s difficult to surprise with these dumplings, but you don’t always want to fuss with dough that sticks to your hands. To avoid this, you need to know a few secrets. Firstly, the knife should be sharp, and your hands can be moistened with oil or water to prevent sticking. And secondly, you need to put butter in the dough; this will help avoid stickiness and give the dumplings themselves an interesting shape.

To prepare lazy dumplings like in kindergarten according to this recipe, we will need the following ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 500 grams,
  • 2 eggs, even without whites,
  • flour - approximately 100 grams or more,
  • butter -1.5 tbsp. spoons (melted),
  • sugar – 2 tablespoons, salt.

Then roll the dough into a thin sausage, and use a knife or cutting board to form a rectangle. You need to cut not just into thin strips, but do this procedure diagonally. Cook these diamonds for 3-5 minutes, as we did. Bon appetit!!!

1st place – Curd casserole

Cheese casserole

Casserole from kindergarten (recipe with photo)

What tricks do mothers come up with to force their baby to eat cottage cheese, because it is a very healthy product. The queen of kindergarten dishes – cottage cheese casserole – will help solve the problem. Cottage cheese casserole, like in kindergarten, the recipe for which we offer, retains all vitamins and minerals, and therefore is useful for children. There are many recipes that use semolina or flour with baking powder; as a result, the ingredients practically do not need to be whipped. It turns out dense and satisfying. But we will go a different way - a healthier one and prepare the most delicate casserole, just like in kindergarten, which will suit even children with allergies.

To prepare, take the following products:

  • 500 grams of cottage cheese (quite fatty, but not liquid!),
  • granulated sugar – 100 grams,
  • 4 eggs,
  • you will need 50 grams of raisins,
  • vanilla sugar,
  • butter for greasing the mold.

A cottage cheese casserole is being prepared in kindergarten, the recipe is kept secret, but we found out that you need to beat it like a sponge cake, that is, separating the yolks from the whites. Add a little sugar to the yolks and beat. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese with yolks, vanilla sugar and raisins. Separately, you need to beat the whites into a fluffy mass with sugar and gradually - quickly but carefully introduce the whites into the curd consistency.

Place the mixture on a greased baking sheet (can be lined with parchment) and smooth out slightly. In general, try to do less manipulation; whipped egg whites don’t like this. You need to bake at a temperature of about 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The result is a fairly fluffy, dense and tender casserole, which is surprising, we do not use baking powder or soda. Bon Appetit everyone!!!

The first dish is a source of nutrients for the baby. Consumption of soup promotes the secretion of gastric juice and activation of digestion. How to prepare a delicious, healthy, summer soup for your baby?

How to make soup for a child

After the baby gets acquainted with all complementary feeding products, the first “serious” dish usually appears on his menu - soup. Young mothers are always interested in: “When can a child be given soup?”

From the age of one to one and a half years, children can prepare vegetable puree soups, since the child’s body is not yet ready for a full-fledged first course with meat.

You can find out how to prepare soup for a child in this article by studying the recipes. And so that you always have a supply of high-quality and environmentally friendly vegetables for preparing children's soups, we advise you to stock them up for future use in the summer - freeze them.

Features of baby soup in children's nutrition

Soups play a very important role in children's nutrition. But how to prepare the first one for a picky little one? Is it possible to feed a baby “adult” soups? There are some rules that will help mothers surprise and delight their children with delicious and at the same time healthy dishes.

  • Meat and fish broths are not recommended for children, and are completely contraindicated for children under 1-1.5 years of age. Such broths contain large quantities of extractive substances that have a negative effect on the pancreas, stomach and kidneys.
  • Children over 1.5 years old can be given soups made with recycled meat broth. To prepare it, the first boiled broth must be drained, the meat rinsed and filled with fresh water.
  • Boil the soup in a small amount of water.
  • The best utensils for preparing the first course are ceramic or enamel pans.
  • The soup should be simmered over low heat, covered - “simmered” vegetables give a richer taste and are more beneficial for children’s nutrition.
  • To prepare any soup for children, use fresh ingredients, thoroughly washed, peeled and cut.
  • Onions can be used in the preparation of children's soup only if the baby does not have problems with the stomach, intestines, or gall bladder.
  • If there are many ingredients in vegetable soup for children, chop them thoroughly.
Adding ingredients to the soup must be in a certain order so that the ingredients do not overcook, become too soft, or lack vitamins.
  • Salt the soup at the end of cooking.
  • Children over 1.5 years old can season the soup with fresh low-fat sour cream and finely chopped sour cream.

How to make soup “like in kindergarten”

There is an interesting feature: many children are reluctant to eat homemade soup, while in kindergarten they gobble it up. Mothers sometimes even ask teachers to find out how to make soup like in kindergarten. The cooks shrug their shoulders - the recipe is the most common.

Therefore, if your child does not have a good appetite and is capricious during homemade lunch, tell him that you know how to prepare children’s soup, just like in kindergarten.

You can even involve your baby in this process - while you are peeling vegetables, he will gnaw, for example, carrots.

A little trick, and the child will be happy to eat his mother’s soup.

Soup recipes for children

Summer soups should be nutritious, but at the same time light. Soup recipes for children involve the use of seasonal vegetables, which makes lunch healthy for children.

Zucchini soup

The recipe for zucchini soup for children is also quite simple. Shredded potatoes, zucchini and carrots are added to boiling water. Everything is boiled until soft, then whipped with a blender, seasoned with cream and herbs. If desired, you can add crackers.

Sorrel soup

This soup can be prepared for children aged 5 years and older. Finely chopped potatoes are thrown into boiling water, and after 10 minutes - sorrel, parsley and dill. After this, the soup needs to be cooked for another 5-7 minutes. Before serving, cut and add boiled eggs to the soup and season with low-fat sour cream.

Chicken Cauliflower Soup

Add finely chopped potatoes, carrots and onions to the strained chicken broth, and after 10 minutes add cauliflower. Cook until done and sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.

After a year, the children's menu expands significantly and one of the first dishes introduced into the children's diet is pureed soups.

They can be prepared using broth or water, of course, without any spices, except adding a little salt for taste.

Today I propose to prepare one of the simplest soups - mashed potato soup like in kindergarten.

How to make mashed potato soup like in kindergarten

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 500 g
Carrots – 230 g
Butter - 20 g
Milk – 350 g
Water - 500 g or broth.
Wheat flour - 20 g
Salt - optional

Preparation:

Potato soup like in kindergarten. Technological map No. 99:

Technology for making pureed potato soup like in kindergarten:

I will prepare mashed potato soup like in kindergarten, without following strict kindergarten technologies, because I want to reduce the cooking time, and modern gadgets now make some cooking processes much easier.

The soup is called potato soup, but due to the large amount of carrots in it, the color turns out to be quite rich and orange.

The composition contains 20 grams of flour and butter - that's one large tablespoon each.
The number of servings depends on the eaters. If these are children, then about 5 servings.

Peel carrots and potatoes.

Cut the carrots into pieces about 1 centimeter, and the potatoes into large cubes. I cut a large tuber into 8 pieces.

Pour out 50 grams of water (or broth) and set aside. You will need water to prepare the white sauce.

Place the vegetables in a saucepan (shake until the vegetables settle tightly), add water (or broth), add a little salt and cook until tender, with the lid closed, about 15-20 minutes.

Boil the milk.
For the white sauce, lightly fry the flour in a frying pan and mix with the previously set aside water.

If lumps suddenly form, wipe everything through a strainer.
To keep the sauce from being thick, dilute it with a little boiled milk (but not hot).

Remove the pan from the heat and puree until smooth with an immersion blender.

Finally add white sauce, butter and half the milk.

If you don’t have an immersion blender, you can puree the soup in a simple blender, or grind the vegetables through a sieve.

Return the pan to the heat and bring the soup to a boil again.

When serving, add a little milk, diluting the soup to the desired thickness.

Mashed potato soup like in kindergarten is ready.

Let me add that I would exclude the white sauce from this recipe. Flour is needed for greater thickness, but the soup is already thick, you just need to add a little less water or milk.

Bon Appetit everyone!

The baby’s nutrition changes over time, the first teeth appear, and interest in new foods grows. Food discoveries shape taste buds, the enzyme base of the intestines. In this case, the food should meet the needs of the child’s diet, and mothers will be able to instill a love for tasty and healthy dishes. For example, pea soup like in kindergarten will undoubtedly please the baby.

You can and should offer legumes to your little toddler, as these are dietary and hypoallergenic products. Brightly colored porridges, purees and soups will arouse interest, and a pleasant aroma will increase your appetite. We invite you to find out at what age you can introduce peas and how to do it correctly without harm to young researchers.

The benefits of peas for children's bodies

Many kids love green and yellow peas for their taste and shape. A properly prepared product will not cause negative consequences, but will bring many benefits to the growing body:

  • delivers protein of plant origin;
  • the dietary composition of peas includes the minimum amount of fat, but a lot of fiber;
  • provides a complete amino acid complex;
  • contains vitamins (A, B1, B6, C) and microelements (calcium, phosphorus, iodine);
  • stimulates brain function;
  • has a beneficial effect on the hematopoietic system, which prevents the development of anemia;
  • is able to increase the child’s appetite and quickly satiate;
  • The antioxidant property of the plant eliminates the possibility of malignant tumors due to selenium, carotene and fiber.

Peas are a herbaceous plant of the legume family. Its benefits have been studied for a long time. The seeds were first found in western Europe 20 thousand years ago. In China, it is considered a symbol of wealth and fertility, and in Germany and Greece, peas were the food of warriors and athletes.

Harm of boiled peas

Legumes have special properties that are not always favorably tolerated by the body:

  • increased gas formation, which can cause abdominal pain;
  • the fragile small stomach of an infant has a hard time accepting an undigested product;
  • poorly processed peas often provoke upset stools and disruption of intestinal microflora;
  • To assimilate legumes, the body intensively secretes enzymes, but the pancreas of babies is not always ready for such work;
  • peas cannot be combined with antibiotics and prebiotics - mothers should take this into account when treating their baby.

Do not mix types of legumes throughout the day. The consequences cannot be avoided at any age.

When to introduce soup into a child's diet

Pediatricians recommend offering peas after 1 year. According to reviews from mothers who gave this product at eight months of age, the experience was not always successful. But based on the diets of children's dietary tables, dishes from this product are better absorbed after the baby reaches the age of two, when the digestive and enzyme systems are stronger.

Mothers often rush to transfer the baby to the common table, not asking whether a one-year-old child can have pea soup. But such a rush will harm the baby, because to prepare this dish you need to follow 3 rules:

  1. Puree soup is introduced at 1.5-2 years.
  2. The classic version with low-fat broth is allowed from 4 years of age.
  3. Seasoned with spices, herbs, and especially on ribs - no earlier than 6 years.

Introduction rules

When offering a new dish to your child, follow the standard pattern:

  • The first portion should be eaten by the baby only in the morning in order to monitor the reaction to it during the day;
  • always start with half a teaspoon and gradually, over 1-1.5 weeks, bring it to a volume of 100 g;
  • It is prohibited to add smoked meats to children's pea soup under 10 years of age;
  • You can stir in sour cream to taste.

Try using a kitchen appliance, such as a blender, to puree the peas. Bright green or yellow colors are sure to delight your child!

Who shouldn't eat pea soup?

Any product can cause an individual reaction. Legumes are no exception. Contraindications for consumption:

  • diseases of the digestive tract;
  • impaired renal function;
  • stomach ulcer and gastritis;
  • pancreatitis;
  • increased gas formation;
  • allergy.

Eating peas in large quantities, for example in the form of porridge, may lead to stool problems, diarrhea and flatulence. To reduce these properties, add dill and fennel to your dishes.

How a child’s body might react

  1. Allergy. The most common disease today also applies to this product. Even soy is an allergen and can appear in the form of a rash. Pea food intolerance occurs in pediatric practice. Therefore, it is very important to administer this product correctly and closely monitor the reaction, especially in children with allergies.
  2. Diarrhea. Legumes have a heavy fibrous structure that acts as an irritant to children's intestines. Because of this, loose stools often occur after eating pea dishes. This reaction occurs not only to this product, but also to lentils and beans. These symptoms are accompanied by increased flatulence and constipation.

A complicated pea allergy manifests itself instantly. This is not only a rash and blisters, but also a dry cough, difficulty breathing, Quincke's edema, and anaphylactic shock. Be very careful when introducing these foods into your child's diet.

Cooking secrets

  • For one-year-old children, preparing soup does not include the addition of spices, herbs and soda. An 8 month old baby will not digest these ingredients. The peas should be boiled until pureed. We use lean meat, and add a pinch of salt to the strained broth.
  • The first dishes for one-year-old babies are as dietary as possible, so you should not use frying in cooking. It is not recommended to give porridge and pea soup to a 2-year-old child on an empty stomach. Let this be the second course at lunch.
  • Older kids can easily cope with beef ribs broth with herbs and croutons. In this case, peas can be boiled with the addition of soda.
  • For a delicious summer soup, fresh legumes can be frozen in advance.

For babies after a year, prepare their first pea dish in a slow cooker. This way the products will boil well. However, not all toddlers digest legumes along with meat. Therefore, it is better to introduce pea dishes separately.

Vegetable soup like in kindergarten, technological map No. 12.

Technology for preparing vegetable soup as in kindergarten.

Grate the peeled carrots and cut the onions into small cubes.
Don't chop the tomato too large either.
Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.
Cut the cabbage into squares with a side of about 1.5-2 centimeters.
I took frozen peas, fresh. If you want, then take canned.

When making my soup, I used a mixture of half and half water and chicken broth.

Put a pan of water on the fire, let it boil and add the cabbage and potatoes.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes. If the cabbage is fresh, then 10 minutes, and if it’s a bit harsh winter cabbage, then at least 15 (check readiness and adjust the time).

While the vegetables are cooking, you need to sauté the onions and carrots.

If you fundamentally do not give your child anything related to heat, or the child is prescribed a diet, then this step can be skipped. That is, add vegetables to the pan without sautéing.

Do not forget that sautéing in this case will be gentle, and the vegetables will be stewed in oil rather than fried at all.
Add butter to the pan, melt it and add carrots and onions.
Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, over low heat.

Add sauté and tomato pieces to the soup.
Cook everything together for another 8-10 minutes.

The final touch is adding peas. Salt everything to taste and desire.
Cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the soup sit for 5 minutes.

They offer to serve vegetable soup as in kindergarten with sour cream, but this is optional. For my youngest son, I crushed the soup with an immersion blender and fried white bread croutons with garlic - he agrees to eat this soup.
Please remember that the 7 servings listed are small portions for small children. In reality, there is enough soup for a dad, mom and two kids.
Bon appetit to your whole family!
