1.1. A cloakroom attendant is appointed and dismissed by the director of an autonomous educational institution. For culpable infliction of damage (including moral damage) to an institution or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as failure to use the rights granted by this Instruction, the cloakroom attendant bears financial liability in the manner and within the limits established by labor and ( or) civil law.

6. RELATIONSHIPS. RELATIONS BY POSITION
