Cheese balls: a light snack for champagne

To prepare this appetizer, you will need large sweet red grapes.

Separately, grate the cheese on a fine grater. The original is blue cheese with mold. But regular cream cheese will be just as good.

It is necessary to add a little bit of mayonnaise for viscosity and roll grapes into it.

For sprinkling, take fried salted pistachios and finely crush them.

You need to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and then serve it with chilled champagne.

"Canape with shrimps"

To prepare them, you need puff pastry. You can buy it ready-made in the store. It needs to be rolled out thinly and cut out circles of small diameter - approximately 3 cm.

Then grease the circles with a beaten egg, without touching the edges, so that the dough can rise properly and bake them in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Separately fry, adding spices for seafood, salt and pepper. Their number depends on the number of canapes.

Cut the cherry tomatoes and lemon into two parts or quarters. When all the components are ready, proceed to assembly using special colored skewers in the following sequence - shrimp, tomato, lemon and a circle of dough.
