Based on the results of the conference, a collection of materials from effective projects and models of project management in education will be published, the materials of which will be used to create a network of “support sites” with expert support from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
Conference goals:
- generalization and systematization of scientific and practical experience in managing the development of systems in various fields for use in the education system;
- organizing the activities of interested parties on the topic of the current year’s conference in the period between the April in-person meetings of the conference in the format of the “International Design and Expert Network Laboratory”.
Conference objectives:
- identify problems and trends in the implementation of project management
- identifying the features of implementing project management systems in organizations;
- analyze domestic and international experience use of various control systems project activities in organizations;
- formulate conceptual recommendations for implementation and effective organization project portfolio management;
- form a network " experimental sites» on the implementation of project management in educational systems (from the regional level to the level of organization of general, secondary and higher professional education).

The Laboratory of Comparative Law in the Asia-Pacific Countries of BSU, together with its partners, again invites scientists, university teachers, graduate students, undergraduates, and students
from Russia and other countries to take part in the annual International Youth Scientific and Practical Conference
« Comparative law in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region -IX", which will take place June 28, 2018.
The purpose of the conference: strengthening international legal cooperation between states, scientific communities and youth of Russia, countries of the Asia-Pacific region (APR), and other countries.
Establishing and developing business contacts with other scientists, universities, research organizations, centers of comparative legal research;
Promoting cooperation between Russia and other countries of the Asia-Pacific region, other states in the judicial, law enforcement, and human rights spheres;
The evolution of comparative studies towards the development of didactics and the quality of training of future lawyers in the Asia-Pacific countries.
The conference traditionally conducts its work in 5 sections:
Section No. 1. “Constitutional-legal and administrative-legal problems of comparative law in the Asia-Pacific countries.”
Section No. 2. « International law and international relations."
Section No. 3. "Civil legal problems of comparative law in the countries of the Asia-Pacific region."
Section No. 4. " Criminal legal and criminological problems of comparative law in Asia-Pacific countries».
Section No. 5. “Criminal procedural and forensic problems of comparative law. Law enforcement in Asia-Pacific countries."
As part of the youth scientific forum, there will be held round tables by topic:
- “Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of Mongolian citizens in the territory Russian Federation and Russian citizens on the territory of Mongolia";
- “Anti-crime education in world practice and the participation of law schools and students in its implementation.”
The recommended topics can be adjusted and expanded at the discretion of the researcher. However, the topic of the report, with the exception of the topics of the round tables, is determined by the framework comparative law in Asia-Pacific countries. Based on the results of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific papers. The collection will be indexed in the RSCI, it will be assigned DOI and IDSP numbers, as well as an SPLN code with a QR code. The conference materials, including multimedia presentations, will be published on the BSU website (access mode: . The authors of the best publications will be provided with assistance in working on grants, as well as in publishing their scientific works in journals of the Higher Attestation Commission and in other leading peer-reviewed publications.
