Recipe 1. Sandwiches with creamy carrot spread

You will need: 120 g grated cheese, white bread, ground black pepper, 120 g butter, 1 fresh carrots, any greens.

Grind the carrots on a fine grater, add cheese, chopped herbs, softened butter, pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything until smooth and spread the paste on the bread slices.

Recipe 2. Simple quick sandwiches with salted fish

You will need: salted fish fillet, rye or Borodino bread, tomato, red onion, mayonnaise, parsley and garlic.

Cut the bread into slices, fry in oil, grate with garlic, grated in a garlic dish and pour over mayonnaise. Place pieces of fish fillet, tomato slices, red onion rings and parsley leaves on top of the croutons.

Recipe 3. Sandwiches with egg and herring

You will need: a few slices of white bread, a couple of boiled eggs, herring fillets, herbs for decoration.

Cut the eggs lengthwise into thin slices. Dry the croutons a little in a toaster or oven. Place a slice of egg and a piece of fish fillet on each slice of bread. Decorate the appetizer with sprigs of herbs.

You will need: 90 g of butter, boiled tongue, 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish, 2 boiled eggs, black bread, mayonnaise, cucumber or tomato, herbs.

You will need: a can of cod liver (or pollock), a piece of hard cheese, 2 fresh cucumbers, 1 loaf, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a couple of sprigs of dill, canned corn, a handful of walnuts.

You will need: French baguette, 50 ml milk, 1 egg, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon, 50 g butter, a glass of strawberries, 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Cut the baguette. Grease a baking sheet with a piece of butter. Mix milk with vanilla and beaten egg. Dip the baguette slices in the milk-egg mixture, place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, cream the butter, cinnamon and sugar. You will need: 1 eggplant, 1 loaf, 2 eggs, 240 g of grated mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese), black pepper, coarse salt, vegetable oil, breadcrumbs and tomato sauce (or ketchup).

Cut the eggplant into thin rings. Pour the breading into one bowl and beat the eggs with salt and pepper in another.
