In this article I will collect recipes from Kalanchoe for joints. This plant is often recommended for joint problems. And the recipe is different. Therefore, it is necessary to somehow try to structure. So far there are two methods. One with chalk and kalanchoe tincture - this can help beat the pain. It will become much easier.

Compresses with Kalanchoe, chalk and kefir

Kalanchoe must be twisted through a meat grinder. Pour 500 ml of ground mass with a liter of vodka and let it brew for about five days. Then the infusion can rub the aching joints.

After processing with tincture, you need to grate a piece of chalk on a fine grater and mix it with a stack of kefir. Try to mix kefir in parts in order to bring the consistency of the mass to the state of sour cream. In a word, it is necessary that it does not spread - this is achieved by eye. Apply such a compress to sore joints at night. From above it must be wrapped with cellophane and secured with a woolen cloth.

Kalanchoe leaves on sore joints

Tear off a couple of leaves of the plant and gently rub them on sore joints for five minutes. And if you want to influence longer, then you can make a compress for the night. The main thing is to crush the leaves a little before use to activate the fermentation.

Tie a bandage on top of the leaves to secure. For some people, three treatments are enough to feel better. Pain goes to long time. Other sources recommend longer procedures. Don't limit yourself to just feeling better.

The best thing is to plant Kalanchoe at home so that you always have access to its leaves. At home, Kalanchoe Blossfeld is most often grown.

Previously, it was believed that diseased joints are a disease of the elderly. But Lately More and more often, joint diseases are diagnosed in young people who have not reached the age of 30. Unfortunately, getting rid of such diseases is very difficult. But in no case should everything be left to chance, because you can remain disabled. Home treatment of joints in combination with medication allows you to maintain motor activity and prevent the development of complications. But before we talk about how and how to treat joint diseases at home, let's remember what factors provoke the development of these diseases.

Joint diseases (arthritis, arthrosis, osteoporosis, etc.) in the elderly occur as a result of age-related changes in organism. He can no longer work in the same mode as before, and ceases to produce collagen, which is the main component of the joints and is responsible for their flexibility.

But in young people, such diseases occur most often for several reasons:

  1. Hypothermia. It so happened that in modern world fashion dictates its own rules. And, despite the strong cold and wind on the street, many people still want to stay in trend, and therefore dress very lightly. As a result of this, hypothermia of the body occurs, which leads to pain in the joints.
  2. Alcohol abuse. What to hide, in our country there are a lot of people who regularly drink alcohol. Albeit in small quantities, but still. Ethanol, which is in such drinks, contributes to circulatory disorders, a decrease in local immunity, the accumulation of salts in the joint bag, swelling, etc. High pressure in the joint capsule leads to squeezing and destruction of the joints, resulting in pain in the knees, elbows, fingers, etc.
  3. Wrong nutrition. How does a modern person eat? Constant snacking on the go, overeating before bed. And what is the result? But it is worth noting that it is impossible to take pharmacy vitamins without a doctor's prescription. This may be hazardous to your health.
