Competition results

The scale of the intellectual competition "Russia Aiming for the Future" and its importance for younger generation show the numbers: in total, more than 2,500 essays were sent to the competition, and 100 of them were recognized by the jury members as the best!

For the organizers of the Gifted Children project, this competition has become no less significant. Evaluating the submitted works, the experts felt a great responsibility towards the young talents of Russia and carried out a deep analysis of each essay, not losing sight of even the smallest details. Moreover, reviews were written for all the essays, in which the jury members summarized the thoughts and ideas of the authors, highlighted the strengths and shortcomings, and then drew conclusions about the participants' works, arguing their assessment. Thanks to such a serious approach to checking essays and attentive attitude to the worldview of the younger generation, not a single essay was left without due attention, and important thoughts and ideas of the participants were included in the annotations to the competitive works. In the future, outstanding researchers will be able to use these materials in their scientific works.

The competition "Russia Aiming for the Future" has acquired great importance not only for the participants and organizers of the project "Gifted Children" - he stepped beyond the threshold of the Internet portal and announced himself to the whole country. The first persons of the state, heads of large organizations and structures became interested in the results of the intellectual competition. We hope that the event will be able to be attended by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the author of the idea of the competition "Russia Aimed at the Future" and the ideological inspirer of the team of the "Gifted Children" project.

Of course, summing up the results of a competition of such high significance cannot be limited only to rewarding and encouraging the talented youth of Russia - the proposals of gifted schoolchildren should be considered at the state level. That is why the project management will publish a collection of the best competitive works, which will include more than 100 essays of the winners of the intellectual competition and will be presented to the President of the Russian Federation, statesmen and the winners themselves at the awards ceremony.

FORM OF SENDING WORK TO THE COMPETITION

If you don't understand something, don't hesitate to ask!
We are ready to answer all your questions.

The requirements for the participants were published by the Kremlin administration. It is important to have at least a little managerial experience. But this is not the only condition.

"The state is looking for talent." The competition, which was announced in the presidential administration, could have just such a name, reflecting its essence: to find talented and successful people and help them become even more successful. True, among all the possible talents, the organizers are primarily interested in managerial.

“The most important story of just such a selection procedure is not only to select a person, but also to ensure that every person who has his own talent has his own desire, professional knowledge, skills and motivation in order to improve his managerial level, there was such an opportunity. And the criterion here is not his family ties, not blasphemy, not the presence or absence of money, but only his professionalism, knowledge, diligence. And, in fact, this is guaranteed by this method of selecting people, ”said Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.

To become one of the leaders of Russia, that is, the best managers, it is not necessary to be an official. This may be the director of the plant, and the head physician of the hospital. There are few requirements for participants: Russian citizenship, age no older than 50, and managerial experience. The path to the heights of managerial art begins on the website of the competition, where you need to leave an application for participation.

The selection of the best managers will take place in several stages. First, absentee testing, then semi-finals in the capitals of the federal districts. 300 people will reach the final, from which a hundred winners will be selected already in Moscow at the beginning of 2018.

But this is where the fun begins for the winners. Each of them will be able to study at the Higher School of Public Administration. The very one where the recently appointed heads of the Russian regions were trained, and according to the same program.

The video footage is just one of the classes at school. Jumping off a cliff trains the ability to work in extreme conditions. Senators, officials from the Moscow mayor's office and federal ministries are fearlessly walking into the abyss. Perhaps the contestants will also have to test themselves like this, and this is in addition to attending lectures and seminars on the art of management.

“They teach all those modern trends that exist, all the skills that a modern manager needs. These are managerial qualities, this is the quality of team building, leadership competencies - everything that is important not only in the civil service, but also in any managerial position, ”said Alexei Komissarov, director of the Higher School of Public Administration of the RANEPA.

But an even more valuable gift for the winners will be the opportunity to enrich their experience by communicating with those who have long confirmed their leadership talent in practice. The contestants will be provided with mentors from among the leading representatives of business and government agencies - heads of companies, mayors and governors, ministers and deputies.

For example, the creator of the famous antivirus Evgeny Kaspersky, the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, the head of the presidential administration Anton Vaino will share knowledge with the young. The head of the Federal Tax Service, Mikhail Mishustin, will also become one of the mentors.

“It is important that you first of all share a strategic vision of what the young guys who will come to the competition would like to see from public service, from work in business. Leadership qualities in this sense are good, but how it really is can be said by those people who have achieved something in this life. And it's not about positions, but about time, personal time and experience that mentors will have in order for them to share with the participants of the competition," Mikhail Mishustin, head of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, emphasized.

This competition is already being called a social lift for top managers, although the organizers explained: no one guarantees the participants and winners employment in high positions. And it's not a fact that they themselves want it. But even if they stay at their previous job, they will certainly be able to work better. And Russia needs good leaders at all levels of government.
